Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I water my orchid?

Most orchids need watering about once a week — let the roots dry out between waterings to avoid root rot. Vandas grown in baskets prefer a daily misting of the roots in summer.

How much light do orchids need?

Bright, indirect light is ideal. Avoid harsh, direct afternoon sun, which can scorch the leaves. An east- or north-facing window is usually perfect.

Do you deliver orchids across India?

Yes. We ship pan-India from our nurseries in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, with every plant packed in purpose-built packaging to protect the roots and blooms in transit.

What if my plant arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a few photos and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.

Do you supply wholesale or for events?

Yes — we offer wholesale, export, corporate gifting and wedding/event supply. Reach us through the Contact page or on WhatsApp for pricing and lead times.
