What we collect

We collect the information you provide at signup and checkout — name, email, phone, and shipping address — and order history. Payment is processed by Paytm; we do not store your card or UPI details.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to process and deliver your orders, provide support, and (if you opt in) send occasional updates. We never sell your personal data.

Data storage

Data is stored securely with our backend provider (Supabase) and protected by row-level security so only you (and our staff for fulfilment) can access your orders.

Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
