Cancellations

You can request cancellation before your order is shipped by contacting us with your order number. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or unhealthy plants

If a plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund method & timeline

Approved refunds are returned to the original Paytm payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable

For hygiene and plant-health reasons, plants cannot be returned once accepted in good condition.
