Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm orders by email/SMS. We may decline or cancel orders due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability may change without notice.

Live plants

Orchids are living plants; minor natural variation in size, colour, and form is normal and not a defect.

Payments

We accept online payments via Paytm — UPI, cards and netbanking. Payments are authorised before an order is confirmed.
